This is a role-play journal for the character Dutch Velders from the FX TV show The Strain.
In her canon, Dutch is a hacker turned vampire hunter. She is canonically bisexual with no apparent leaning in either direction. Other than being skilled with a computer, she is handy with a gun and with a sword. She has the strength of an average human woman. Dutch is 5'10" and is of a slender build. She is a native New Yorker, but speaks with a British accent because she spent a good portion of her life in London.
If I'm playing with you in a meme and you are not a canonmate or playing a vampire, it's likely that I'm using an AU version of her which has never run across vampires. It just makes it easier to mingle with characters from canons without supernatural creatures. If this is the case, she is still a talented hacker and knows how to fire a gun.
She is played by British actress Ruta Gedmintas.
